3:37 Basically, all Recruiting divisions inside of Fort Bragg have 3 phases. Phase 1: Entree Exam Phase 2: Exam Phase 3: Supervision. So the ISC is doing Phase 3 with what is called a “supervisor” to become a Junior Drill Instructor. Basically it’s just to prove to an HR you’re competent enough to host an RT/PT. @@mynadaily Well, I wouldn't copy it but take inspiration for sure. I think a few tips of mine are probably... -no matter what you do, you'll likely always piss someone off, so go with your gut instinct -work on your sense of humor and comedy. a lot of the issue that I notice with any KZbinrs (in or out of Roblox) is that they tend to make great content but their personality is stale as an expired cracker -even if you don't plan to make a video at first, always try and record important things or just things in general. the amount of times that I've said "oh, this isn't THAT important" and then shot myself in the foot later on is quite funny -always get permission to record people when you can, as most people are fine with being recorded - they just want to know that they had some input in whether or not they get put online -constantly work to improve your content by being very critical of yourself. use analytics to see what people liked and didn't like, they're pretty useful That's a bunch of general tips for KZbin, they're not perfect but they should be of some help.
