Lion Babe are amazing. They are one my favorite duos out right now, it sucks that people can't have their own sound and style without somebody constantly trying to pull them down with stupid comparisons. I love Erykah Badu and i appreciate her style, but i swear I never even thought of her the first time I heard them, and now that people have been complaining, I still don't think Lion Babe are "copying". They're both soulful singers, and they sing sorta similarly, but Lion Babe has a distinct sound and concept and everything. There are a million white indie singers out there that sound so similar that they can't even be distinguished from each other in my mind but no one's complaining about that. Jillian has a unique soulful voice, how is that some kind of cardinal sin?
