What a beautiful male lion! His mane is massive. The light color of his mane around his face, as if, to highlight, then getting darker as it goes down the rest of his body. Magnificent. The intensity of his gaze, so stoic, so noble..., the king that he is. The cute cub with his paw on his dad...so proud.😊

I would watch a male lion all day. He is so majestic and beautiful. I love how the cubs are usually curious and always want to explore their dad! They are always like this being is really majestic, who created him anyway? Hahaha!!

At least in zoos the lion's never go hungry and the male will never be run off by younger, stronger males. Dad is very patient with his cubs. The cubs sharp, little claws are on his back.They are a beautiful family. 🦁💖🦁💖🦁

Rachel Schwebach.......that's an excellent point.....he will never have to worry about 2 or 3 hungry roaming nomad lions invading his territory to mate with his lionesses or harm his precious cubs......zoos are not perfect but at least the lions can lay their heads at night and rest in peace......and best of all .....no hyenas!!!!!

It's taking him no patience. He just likes his cubs and that's a form of spending time with them. I've seen one wild lion trying to play with his cubs, but they were scared of him. They didn't get used to being around their father yet after being introduced.

I'm so used to seeing Lion's wild most are covered in flies with their faces all scarred from fighting k9's busted or one missing from hunting and fighting. The last pride a huge outbreak of mange all the Cub's got it with huge missing hunks of hair from itching not to mention the biting flies driving them crazy! The male's are beautiful but clearly they are very battle worn. This guy is gorgeous he hasn't had to fight for his girl's lol
