Lion Dance Eye Dotting Ceremony - 開光 Hoi Gong @ CMS Lion Dance, Melbourne Chinatown

A lowkey Hoi Gong (開光)/Eye Dotting (點睛) ceremony for two new lions at the Chinese Masonic Lion Dance Team (CMS Lion) HQ, May 19th, 2024.
Two traditional fut jong lions with northern-style tails, made by Sifu Teh Wing Liang, Ipoh. These are the 7th & 8th lions the CMS Lion Dance team has had the honour of commissioning with Sifu Teh.
Performers Brendon, Bradley, Leon, and Christos were also given the honour of choosing the lion colours and makeup in recognition of their years of commitment and dedication to lion dancing.
