Godfrey loss was expected at this point, but how on earth did rykard manage to lose this with his absurd health pool ? He does poorly against ganks/high poise dmg because of his size and long stance break animation, but this lion dealt almost no poise damage.

Rykard's super-low resistance to frostbite is what makes his absurdly high HP more manageable than one would think. And this particular Lion Guardian deals it in spades.

It's because of the frost breath. It does a lot of damage and applies frost status effect.

On Elden Beast fight that was so unfair the Lion was still at half health from the previous fight. You didn’t give him a full health bar back. 😡😡😡
