The pond and flowers are so beautiful. The lions drinking from the pond would be a gorgeous poster. Thanks for all your hard work Kevin. I always knew you were alone filming the lions’ walks, maybe because I have watched you for so many years, I knew the lions wouldn’t tolerate anyone else. You are a member of many lion prides, small and big, and I have learned from you that these adult lions aren’t interested, won’t, bond with other humans or lions. That’s what is so wonderful about dear Meg and Icarus slowly becoming a small pride. It’s also why their acceptance of each other, even though both were now alone, had to be approached so carefully. They couldn’t be forced as things could have turned ugly between them. Meg and Icarus are quite the success story. Again thank you and every one at the sanctuary, your staff and volunteers, for all the work you do with these amazing lions. This was a great video.

It's wonderful to see fully grown adult lions frolicking, bonding, and playing with eachother. It seems like it's a much rarer thing to witness in the wild but at the sanctuary, the lions are so well taken care of that they get to enjoy the finer things.

I pray for the lions 🦁 to have a long enriched life especially the lighter ones you mentioned about their life expectancy. The manes on Charlie and Thor are outstanding so whatever you are doing for them Kev, keep doing it! The aerial view of the pride as they zig zag in a single line through nature is something I will watch time and time again. Being able to witness the big beautiful cats drinking from the dam as nature intended is so precious and never to be taken for granted. The girls rubbing against Charlie is a beautiful sight and all in all a very special pride. The lions giving the hyena heaps of chatter, lions rolling in poo and drinking from the dam and Kev spoiling his boy with a boiled egg, sounds like the perfect day out. Thanks Kev for making hard work look so easy and Dan for getting the best 8 minutes out of hours of filming. Love and blessings to you Kev and Dan and the team.

Literally just spent the day going back to the beginning and rewatching every video Kevin’s put out over the years. I must say it’s been an awesome adventure watching alll the animals grow and mature and bond with Kevin and George. Watching George and yummy grow from Cubs to the beautiful lions they are now. I’m a grown man and every time I watched the videos where one of the animals had passed away I cried all over again especially watching Kevin truly mourn for them. . It sounds stupid never going to South Africa and actually meeting Kevin and the animals but all this time they all feel like family. Hope for many more years of happy healthy animals and a happy healthy Kevin and George to continue taking care of these magnificent animals and spreading the word of conservation. It’s truly been a great adventure, thanks again Kevin
