I have never seen any Tiger doing any of such things what you mentioned. Lions are more like a street fighters who fights all the time unnecessarily unlike Tigers who fight only when necessary. The lion & TIGER both will hunt & eat when they feel hungry... Otherwise they won't kill anything. Go and ask any big cat experts, they'll tell you the same thing.
