For Christmas 1956, I received a 2321 which I still have. I agree that the Trainmaster will out pull anything else. Real powerhouse.

Can't believe a knowledgeeable collector would pick up a FM trainmaster by the cab . Always pickup by the trucks this keeps the strain off the cab attachment screws - Avoid cracking the body or making a crack worse .

Absolutely. Same with a GG1. The oils in your hands will cause the graphics to wear faster and fade.

What’s funny about the Lionel FM diesel being popular Nikolas is that in real life, the FM train master wasn’t very successful in real life.

Same thing with the PRR S2 turbine. Only 1 real FM Trainmaster survives, which is at a museum in Canada.

For those who are curious, The Train Station store is still in business, however the factory is now owned by PWG Lighting. I can't tell whether or not if it's the same building. The water tower is still there, though. Thanks for uploading these tapes. I had no idea that these and the Don Varda tapes existed until your uploads. There's information in these that you don't hear as often today.

WOW! I'm surprised it is still there. As for uploading the tapes, you are very welcome. After watching them, I learned a lot of valuable information that I didn't even know about. Since the Varda tapes are no longer under copyright as Don shuttered his video company, I figured it would alright to upload them for all to see, as well as these because not many people use VHS players anymore and the tapes eventually deteriorate and the content could be forgotten. Thank you for your comment. In the future there will be more original content. Stay tuned for Volume 2 which covers the F-3's!

Man, even in the 80s they were still using classical orchestrated music for videos like this?

Think you might consider doing the layouts of Clark Dunham by TM
@wordenentertainment1997 Жыл бұрын
As much as I would like to, I'd rather not since TM is still in business and I am friends with Tom McComas. Plus they should have it on DVD with the Station at Citibank and Railroads on Parade.
