Tomix, I must say I am impressed with your ingenuity with all of these mods! I’d love to see a tutorial on how to do these sometime in the future!

Nice job. Now if we can incorporate the apps for display into the controller that would be cool. A Cab2 replacement.

Thanks Marty. This is using my Windows application that has a interface which tries to mimick the Cab 2. Currently it can do everything the cab 2 can do (minus the train brake) and more. I'm thinking of adding rumble motor support with the controller to make it more immersive. I already used the controller to run trains for a full day and it was lots of fun.

Wow, I’m totally impressed and I must have watched the video ten times!!! What a great way to control LT 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 is there a legacy command base still necessary or does it work maybe only with a wall pack power adapter? I love those lifehacks ❤ 🚂🚃 many greetings from germany and all the best, André

Thanks for the kind words! A legacy base is still required. In theory you could do this with Bluetooth Legacy and Lionchief engines since someone wrote a Python library for it, but I haven't worked with that yet. So awesome to see O-Gauge over in Germany! Love your steam locos

Really? How did you do that?

Using a windows application I wrote with one of my friends. I recently added game controller support so you can use Playstation, Xbox , or Switch controllers.
