This is an amazing video to watch. I have witnessed all the greats from Pele, Cruff, Best, Maradonna to Zinedine Zidane and I honestly thought nobody in my lifetime would ever be as gifted as Maradona until Messi came along. I still think Maradona was a footballing genius, look at what he did to England in the 1986 World Cup but even he has been outshone by his fellow countryman. Messi is categorically the best footballer I have seen in over 50 years of watching the beautiful game. He makes me laugh and cry with tears of pure joy. He is inspirational and mesmerising in equal measure. The most talented all around footballer for at least 50 years and probably of ALL time. The fact that people even mention CR7 in the same breath as Messi tells you how good Ronaldo is too but of course they don't occupy the same footballing planet. I very much doubt we will see another like Messi for a VERY long time so let's just sit back and bathe in his unique brand of genius while we can. Thank you again for the video.

when people try to compare messi to other players,its either they are really biased or they really dont know football and just read how many goals someone scored rather watch the way he actually played.There is no question that leo messi is BY FAR the best player of his generation,the best i have ever seen(watching since 1994) and possibly the best ever.comparisons to maradona and pele are perhaps fine but comparisons to cristiano are laughable;would be like comparing gerd muller to pele..a goal poacher supreme to a true genius..

Ranjith Balaji "Cristiano is easily better than him" That really made me laugh :) It must be sad and frustrating for you to see so many Messi videos and watching a huge amount of people calling him the best ever. I can understand that it sucks being a Ronaldo fan that you always have to prepare yourself with a comeback or something to argue with. Thing is your opinion doesn't count and neither does mine. I'm just saying the same thing what most of the football legends say. He was considered the best ever after 2011 C/L final. Oh and he's not a wuss, he scored the winning goals in so many major occasions and led his team to three consecutive finals but I'm pretty sure you aren't aware of that.
