You should do a comparison video of what a pre war starter set looked like and what a postwar train set looked like! 🤠👍

Both eras evolved over their life-span. The closest comparison would be comparing 1940-41 sets to 1945-46 sets. Major difference would be the trucks and couplers.

That’s a really neat idea but man, that sure was a lot of work to repaint all of it. Clearly a labor of love. It looks amazing.
