The song never gets old. It’s one of those gentle light songs that makes you flash back to the 80’s. Where things were simple and the song does not have heavy drum beat or loud singing, it’s just an easy calm song that makes you just glide down the ice.

To the stalker comment I get where your coming from and we all should be aware. I respect the comment. But I don’t think Lionel meant to make a stalker statement. I think he was sending a message that all people disability or not are capable to understand love.

I've been alone with you inside my mind And in my dreams I've kissed your lips a thousand times I sometimes see you pass outside my door Hello, is it me you're looking for? [Chorus] I can see it in your eyes I can see it in your smile You're all I've ever wanted, (and) my arms are open wide 'Cause you know just what to say And you know just what to do And I want to tell you so much, I love you [Verse 2] I long to see the sunlight in your hair And tell you time and time again how much I care Sometimes I feel my heart will overflow Hello, I've just got to let you know [Chorus] 'Cause I wonder where you are And I wonder what you do Are you somewhere feeling lonely, or is someone loving you? Tell me how to win your heart For I haven't got a clue But let me start by saying, I love you [Chorus] Hello, is it me you're looking for? 'Cause I wonder where you are And I wonder what you do Are you somewhere feeling lonely, or is someone loving you? Tell me how to win your heart For I haven't got a clue But let me start by saying, I love you I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions

One of my all time favorite videos from the 80’s. A pure classic. The song’s beautiful the story line’s very emotional. Richie does a wonderful job with realness of the interest he has for this young lady. Last but definitely not least; this very beautiful lady, what gorgeous eyes she has. I probably hadn’t seen this video since the late 80’s.

I wasn't alive at these times but damn man. From my parents' picture book to music like this the 80s seems like a calm and just a happy time. Songs like this made the charts which is mind boggling to me. A black man not trying hard to look hard, just free to show that kind of sentiment without being called soft, yet it topped charts worldwide and is a certified double platinum. We thought the internet age would bring us all together and make us that much more connected, but look at us now. Where'd we go wrong my peeps
