They needed 4 goals in that game now they need 3 more goals then the Dutch to be top of the group

It’s all to play for The Dutch have lost against the Belgians early on in this competition, it will not be easy for them. Furthermore Belgium are still in with a chance of topping the group so they will want to win

The difference made NOT the English substitutions or fighting spirit but the fact that the Dutch lost 3 key players by injuries: Groenen, Vd Donk, Spitse! And their selection is too small to replace them. That made the difference. Otherwise England might have made it a draw but no more.
