@@THA_FinalBOSS Bro you can do 84 dmg try this combo Lh2 etx dck 1 df1,2,1 ub2 dck1 2+3 dash 3,2,1f fff2 ez 84dmg Also afther the second duck 1 you can do ff2 to brake the floor and also it does 67 dmg

Hes better but still needs changes. His heat sux too. All you have to do is be patient as opp and steve still struggles. Dev don't know what he is good at. Oh yeah ub3 should also be cancelable.very hard to open a good player up

Steve is a very delicate character to balance. We are about 1 good Mid/Low away from going up a Tier imo. Buppamen and Heera Malik are really taking the character to heights
