Can you somehow allow them to stay in your shelter, fix up the basement or attic or garage or an out building on your property ? I fixed up places on my property for homeless strangers before where they stayed until they got back on their feet again because this also gives them an "in care of" address so they have an address to put on job applications. I never charged rent and gave free water and electricity. I already had an outhouse (outdoor toilet) for them to use and a handy garden hose luckily, each time was Summer. This way they could get food stamps and I helped them get on the Section 8 Housing List and get the other help that each needed. Do what you can do for each immediately as well as pray.

In the waters of baptism,being submerged,a person says, wordlessly,"I confess faith in Christ; Jesus has cleansed my soul of sin, and now I have a new life of sanctification".
