Only 2 accounts where Jesus interacts with Gentiles: Mathew 8:5-13 & Matthew 15:21-28. You cannot count the Greeks who wanted to see Jesus in John 12: 20-26 nor the Samaritan woman at the well for she was not a Gentile but a half breed Jew as they were called.

This can't be happening" you scream - as your worm is emerging. You begin cursing the day you were born. You scream - "Oh God, why didn't you warn me?"- but you remember the preacher pleading with you to receive Jesus Christ. You remember reading that gospel tract. You cry - "God don't you care?" - but you remember John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son,. . ." "God is a God of love - He won't allow this", you cry - but you remember John 3:36, ". . . he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him." And you soon realize, that Jesus Christ was right - there is a place called hell.

Lorna there is no such thing as an immortal soul or spirit thus there is no hell. Hell is an old anglo Saxon word which meant a place to preserve food such as a cellar, or a covering of soil. It got seconded into the Vulgate and then KJV. It suited Rome who used it to put fear into the people so they could maximise control and extort money. Every time you see it the Hebrew word is sheol, and the Greek word is hades. Both simply mean the grave. Having a healthy fear of God is good but not so as to paint Him as a monster. @@danielgibson9871 What part is that Daniel. IN the first century all were healed because some had that gift, no failures. Acts 5:16, nothing like that today most not healed. Jesus said not to judge your brother( singular.) We know we have the truth and the ministry has both good and bad news. 2 Cor 10:4,5. if we are convinced we have the truth it is our responsibility to expose error.

There is no such place as a hellfire. Bibles are wrongly translating the Greek "hades" and the Hebrew" sheol". Both just mean the common grave. Jacob and Job both wanted to go to sheol to escape pain and deep sorrow, believing in the future resurrection.

Listen, God tells us that where people are going after judgement is a horrible place where there is torment and nashing of teeth, also the story of Lazarus also tells us it's not a pleasant place so much so that the guy that wouldn't even give Lazarus table scraps tried to get help for his brother so they didn't end up there.

@@DaisyMae439 It is most certainly not literal.. Here is why. (1) there is no such thing as an immortal soul or spirit, thus there is no hell. Bible says the dead know nothing Eccl. 9:5,10. (2) Even if we had such; fire would have no effect on a spirit. (3) Further how long before this imaginary spirit last before it would "burn up". You know , like the burning bush that was not consumed (4) Given all that Deut 32:4 says: "The Rock, perfect is all his activity, ALL HIS WAYS ARE JUSTICE. Need I labor the point here? (5) The Bible says at Romans 6:7 "He who has died has been acquitted from his sin, and at Rom 6:23 we read the wages sin pays is death. not life!. . (6) Rev 20 verses 10--14 we read the lake of fire means the second death. The first death was the Adamic and billions in the last 6000 years have died in ignorance, not knowing the true God or his word and will. At the end of the 1000 years they will know all that , having been resurrected Acts 24:15. Whosoever rebels then will get the judgment of ETERNAL DEATH. In the days of the apostles jailers were known as tormentors and now such ones will be locked up in death forever. Please read Luke 8:28 and Luke 8:31. When you want to dispose of rubbish you burn it. So the symbolic book of Revelation depicts those as rubbish. Also what sense does it make when those verses say "death and Hades( KJV hell) are also thrown into it. None at all. So Daisy Mae I hope you REALLY know God is a god of love. For those deserving of eternal death, it is an act of love on Gods part for those who want a world of peace and righteousness. BTW The Rich man and Lazurus is a parable. Jesus: "no man hath ascended to heaven except the son of man". Abraham is sleeping in the grave. What would a drop of water do for the rich man in flames of fire? Another day I will explain it to you.
