The male on paper is superb because taunt counts as control that boost male water and sun energy. So he goes rush off at the start of the battle charges male water and sun and make him ult very quickly. And with female lion stone ult after male water and sun, it's usually game over. My testing seems to be inconsistent where his charge some times stops and he doesn't pull anybody with him. In valley of conquerors, it actually works more consistent. When it does work, the new meta might be the male Askavarg and male water and sun + female lion stone.

Sorry to hear about your cat. I have a simple question for you, why do I get a ton of rewards when I don't login for any length of time as opposed to logging in every day? I hardly get close to the same amount of rewards when I login daily, the reason why I started logging in one of my accounts every day is because I was invited by a Grandmaster who joined forces with another Grandmaster to create a single guild, AND the other thing is it says that I'm in the team for the guild wars and I was before joining the new guild, but so far I have not been able to fight yet. The damage reflect isn't very good versus male water and sun but a combo with male soul keeper might be viable. So you lock out healing for the other team and as long as she ult the reflect damage adds pressure to the enemy team. But, I think male soul keeper got stealth nerfed so it's not a viable team right now. Because, what you would have is two almost unkillable dual that prevents healing, reflect damage and ability to execute.

First, condoleances for your cat. Always sucks to lose what is essentially family like that I think male askavarg is best deployed in the center spot, so his aura affects as many allies and enemies as possible, same for the taunt. With his charge at the start he'll be on the frontline first anyway. also for the female pretty sure the 1500% strengh limit is here purely to limit damage against bosses. i mean imagine otherwise if that ability could just delete 20% of a boss's health just like that. The female overall feels more like a secondary tank, helping the team endure ult damage while she herself doesnt have any tanking tool out of her ult against non-ult attacks And overall i think they pair well together, the male helping with placement and taking the brunt of enemy attacks while the female helps him tank with her passiveand is great at mopup duty of the enemy DPS with her ult. If only one was to be run though, I'd likely use the female for that really tasty passive

Fortitude is not that effective. If you really want a tanky team, Guardian stone gives 20% + Honorable you get 45%. I don't know if they stack or they operate separate, either way, -20% and then -25% again is still substantial. So now, if you add female Askavarg, that's another 20%. If all this stack you get a 65% damage reduction which is insane. Female Askavarg herself, she get 40% on top of honorable and guardian stone. So that's 85% damage reduction. But, she's just tanky that is all. Her punch first skill takes 20% HP is a big deal too.
