Brilliant, Thank you Master A. The breathing is part of Kundalini Yoga practice and is very powerful. The 2nd breath is taught by Joe Dispenza as well and I do this every morning as part of my meditation practice. I would add that as you cleanse, raise your frequencies to lose you sense of self identify and that will allow you to enter the portal, otherwise you will get stuck at the gate so presence of spirit, you have no name, no identity.. you are are just pure consciousness and that’s when you go through the portal and once in see, feel your manifestation in the present, that you are already living it and feeling grateful.. gratitude is the E-motion to cultivate here as well as joy of attainment while staying present and in that state no identification with the physical self.
