Get this… so my dog and I were sleeping last night and I was dreaming about a malevolent spirit coming through the door to my bedroom and as I opened my eyes my dog jumped off the bed and viciously jumped at the doorway and attacked the spirit barking and growling so aggressively like he’s never ever done before!! This goes the same for depression aka yesterday as it does for anxiety aka tomorrow... Look within...breathe...let your life unfold for itself...stop worrying stop forcing...stop chasing..breathe know that you are a sentient being...heal your inner traumas and let go...tomorrow does not exist nor does yesterday...just right now in this very moment...take a deep breath taste it feel it enter your vessel feel the Prana nourish you nurture your requirements as a mortal vessel...exhale feel the release feel the weight lift away sit proper stop slouching breathe in again do the same this time don't think just observe embrace your emotions then let them flow by letting them go...the tear holds the reflection until it reaches the river ...let them flow naturally do not chase them you'll cause a bind up a dam so to speak...your anxiety will take center stage...release it embrace the next emotion the next thought...never give stage to negatives..know they're there with the corrective love light response...love yourself first and foremost...then Just Breathe!

My dream was me being in an elevator and my wife looking evil jumping to the next elevator to save herself I was left with a ginger and blond girl I was brunette and my wife black hair. But the feeling felt purposely done and once the elevator reached the bottom I didn't die I got up and got extremely mad and being it a dream I felt a surge of electricity running through then woke up after was confused and upset once I woke up
