It's a ridiculous comment to think that the Lions won't take every game serious, they have too many leaders on the team to let that happen. And players know if they take a play off, they are going to hear it from the teammates before they can get to the sidelines. And then, I'll leave that up to the coaching staff. The Lions are unique, that's what I love about the Lions.

Still convinced Goff is the only QB who can beat Mahomes and stop the 3-peat. No AFC QB has been able to beat Mahomes in the playoffs. Can you imagine how obnoxious Chiefs fans will be if they get a 3-peat?

Are y’all serious anything short of a Super Bowl is a disappointment!The reason being from top to bottom they have more talent in FOOTBALL than any other team.They are very physical with a great running game which bodes well for long playoff runs.The back end of the defense will be so much better which was there weakness.And by having the best record in the N.F.C will insure every playoff game will be in Ford Field.Good luck beating them there.Lastly having the continuity of the coaching staff is very important and p.s Dan will continue to drive us crazy by going for it on fourth down but get used to it because that’s his style.GO LIONS 🦁 Bless u Boyz!!!!

well, tbh i dont think anything will happen with this team even if we don't make it to the super bowl. our resigning Goff had a no trade clause and I'm pretty sure those big resigning's also had a no trade clause. i want to be in the super bowl and start building Our Dynasty as much as everyone else but i don't think its Bust. just like dan said, "what's this Bust stuff?". and i thought meat heads were the best football players lol, thats the way it was when i was in high school lol.

I’m in that mindset like last season. I’m expecting nothing to avoid myself from being hurt. They have 3-4 years to get the job done. Anything less than a Super Bowl win this regime will be a epic fail.

Any year you make the playoffs and win a game is a good year. I didn't hear all the Packers fans here in West Michigan crying about making the playoffs for 30 years straight, even though they only won twice. A Super Bowl win would be nice, for sure, but it doesn't have to be this year.

Theory - At the deadline, the NE Patroits are in dead last in the AFC, Lions have a game or two up on everyone in the NFC, so we make deal to trade for Matt Judon to give us a little bit more pass rush fire power for the SB run!

100 percent agree on the strength of the roster biggest hurdles are Jared goff's limited ability and Dan Campbell using much better judgment in the big moments. If Jared Goff rises to the level of the talent around him and Campbell doesn't gamble away games It will be a good season, those are big ifs!

I think there’s a lot of misconceptions about Goff. Sure he doesn’t throw a perfect spiral but neither did Peyton Manning. People say he can’t throw a deep ball but he has one of the highest completion rates on passes over 20 yards. He’s not Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson but what have they done that Goff hasn’t? Goff has more playoff wins and SB appearances than both of them. Lastly, he was ranked top 5 in every QB passing category last season. Now do I think Goff is the best QB in the league? Of course not. But I think we got a solid player leading our offense.
