A really amazing video. I cannot have but respect for the relationship that you have with these iconic animals. Watching those powerful jaws take egg from your hands was awe-inspiring. I think Kevin Richardson is not being cautious with these lions. He tends to be heavy handed a little. A big no no, unless he raised them since youth. 😮

He treats them with respect care and love. You would be hard pressed to find another human who has such love and respect for animals of all kinds. Beautiful video. I didn’t know there are 2 subspecies of lions in Africa. Love seeing you hand feed eggs to the lions. Their massive canine teeth could inflict serious, if not fatal, damage yet they are so gentle taking the food from your hand. I absolutely adore the roaring. I live in the US and I swear I could feel the ground tremble. Thank you Kevin for your unselfish dedication to protecting these magnificent animals. Much love and respect from Tennessee USA. 🥰🦁

I saw a thing on KZbin about the lion roaring at the start and/or finish of the Metro Goldwyn Mayer films and people saying in the comments that it is in fact a tiger roar. It's certainly unlike all the footage of lions roaring,though it does look and sound impressive.

I always feel so lucky that I can watch these wonderful videos. I would not be able to see these magnificent Animals in their habitat a sanctuary or in the wild. It was one thing I was going to always tick off my bucket list. Until I got sick. To have been able to watch all the Lions for many years now, it’s pretty impressive that Kevin makes this happen, along with the issues and education that relate to Lions, hyenas and Leopards. just imagine you take your typical stroll with the dogs along the beach, through the meadows or wherever, you meet other people walking their pets and they play with each other. then there comes along Kevin with his six cats in tow, jumping and chasing. that is the image I have in my mind when I see Kevin walking his cats. just a regular jaunt. he makes it look so easy, carefree *but ofc it is not!*

Apparently the pyramids in Egypt run along a similar latitudinal line to other pyramids throughout the world. The original Sphinx also had the head of a lion and faced towards the constellation of Leo (while egypt was in the age of Leo, we are now in Aquarius). Seems the Egyptians historically quite liked lions and cats (Bastet) ;)

How recessive genes functions(expressed) in animals/people etc is more often a wonderful beauty... If Thor was always free and wild, I could easily see him as a king of a 30+ lion pride...
