That is totally okay, it is a wax bloom from changing temperatures during shipping, if you are concerned definitely reach out to their customer service though, my divine brown was that way in this video 😊

You mentioned Jeffree. I think Pat n Jeffree started their lines the same year. Amazing to see where each one is. I think Pat is changing packaging n is the cause for the sale. The new lipstick launching on 1.8.21 has the heart on the case like the holiday collection and not the lips she has had until now.
