Marriages don’t last that statistics. Everyone feels like it will last when they get married. The way he explained their assets separately makes me think he should get a prenup because that’s how he’s thinking. If they don’t all they have will be split 50/50 if they split. They can keep their original assets and split anything they build together after the marriage. Also prenups are to take care of your kids. What if she dies would her entire estate go to her husband. Her kids fathers are well off but there may be items she wants passed down to her kids.
