After years of suffering from excesively large legs, i recently found out i have lipedema inhereted by my mom that very visibly had lipedema. I begun an anti inflamarory diet and a detox with cds and diuretic herbs . I have lost a lot of volume in just one month

I know that diuretics are not recommended because it concentrates protein. But what if u take diuretics with Proteolytic enzymes? I’ve had a lot of success with bromalein and serrapeptase. ( sorry about the spelling) Also will gastric sleeve surgery help for someone with obesity suffering from both lipedema and lymphedema?

Yes gastric sleeve will help. Diuretic are a no no with lymphedema and lipedema. They make the lymphatics work harder.
