There is difference between (applying) non-matte lipstick and matte lipstick(then glossing it) Non-matte lipstick tends to smudge alot even though it makes your lips glossy..... But applying right matte lipstick and gloss on top of it makes your lips glossy... Hydrated and don't smudge at all...

Губы конечно накаченные, но в пределах разумного. Красивая форма губ)) И чёрт, как же это залипательно!!!
