Tower Juggle was a strategical way of receiving tower damage: one was full hp and one was low and still in vision. They're doing a switch-in to get the healthy teammate (Full HP) being targeted by the tower by either hurting its opponent inside the tower itself, or the least healthy (Low HP) who was been Currently the target of the tower, will go out in it's range.
