Liquid Paneer Paratha
Ingredients for 8 small parathas
• Paneer 1 cup grated or mashed boiled potato 1 cup
• Onion 1 small, finely chopped
• Carrot 1/2, grated
• Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
• Green chili 1, thinly sliced
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste
• Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
• Garam masala 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
• Chat masala to taste
• Ajwain (carom seeds) 1/4 tsp
• Aata (wheat flour) 1 cup
• Water as needed
Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix.
2. Add enough water and mix to form a thick paste.
3. Heat pan/tawa and apply some oil on it.
4. Pour batter on the tawa using a ladle and spread evenly into round shape.
5. Cook on both sides and serve with your favourite chutney or yogurt.
