I honestly think 33 was overrated last TI and any tier 1 offlaner can work with Liquid. They are not perfect but they have the 4-core players (no egos) that understands each other and plays well together and any offlaner would just fit in because this 4 players will optimize their playstyle with the offlaner's strengths.
