Inducement is happening before the proper mitigation

Both inducement and liquidity works together to achieve a common goal which is to allow big money traders to fill their orders with minimum slippage… but it’s necessary to note that liquidity sweep takes you out of the market whereas inducement manipulates you to join the market early… after inducement comes liquidity sweep.

you make it look so easy but in reality, the price will mostly hit your stop loss and always have this in mind the market in the end does whatever it wants and not where you predict it to go

if you trade this way its a high enough probability system, definitely cuts down a lot of losses which is why i share the info so you can all cut down losses too! However I like your point, around 4 out of 10 trades taken under this approach will lose, probably even more if you are trading 1m timeframes, so risk must always be managed to take advantage of the RR edge!

Can you explain the following: How can you determine what level of liquidity buildup needs to be mitigated for then price makes a reversion. It is said that price cycle is Buildup, Inducement, Mitigation, but how do you know what Buildup to look at to be taken for then confirm what you're waiting. IF anyone in here knows, please respond. It’s the same ‘thing’ but a totally different approach I believe ICT who coined the term ‘fair value gap’ (which is just an imbalance renamed) trades out of imbalances instead of waiting for them to be filled So the term fair value gap refers to an imbalance but traded in a different way

Imbalance is simply a sudden impulse move from the buy side to the sell side and vice versa Note the word "sudden impulse move" Imbalance is an unmitigated area, which will later be mitigated in the future It could be a liquidity void or a fair value gap
