Thanks for this review. I too purchased Lisa's skin tint and love it--it blends in so smoothly, leaving the skin feeling. silky, plus it is almost invisible. I am in my early 40s, and I see so much more redness in my skin--I don't like it. You mentioned the Prada foundation--it is beautiful but on me, any invisible dry patches to the naked eye show up with this product. I have combo skin, my T zone is oily but my cheeks... are dry (I hope this helps). :)

I never used a tint before because I wanted more coverage on my combination, rosacea prone skin. After using tint T3 mixed with a drop of T6 I am thinking I may only use foundation for special occasions. It wears so beautifully and is so comfortable on my skin. Lisa Eldridge has a homerun with this product!

I purchased 3 of the lip pencils 0N,1C and 2 C I really enjoy them I definitely agree these are great tones I find Charlotte tilbury iconic nude too warm toned on me pulls a little orange Lisa Eldridge ON a perfect nude for my lips very glad I picked up all 3 shades I will continue enjoying wearing them

I’m so happy with the lip liners too! Iconic Nude was never my favorite, I definitely prefer Lisa’s 0N shade as it’s a bit more natural looking and blends in better with my natural lip colour

I love this, too but initially I had some of the same problems I did with the foundation. My skin could be described as normal but maybe it’s my older skin but the foundation was so patchy. Here’s what helped. First I tried a heavy moisturizer to fix the patchiness but that didn’t help. My next go to was what worked - a single pump of Youthforia Game Day Primer and a couple of drops with fingers are perfection. I get that she’s focused on pigment so the formula makes sense coming from her and just so glad I was able to make it work for me. Hope others are enjoying it, too! Also, was pleasantly surprised to get the sharpener with the lip pencil - an extra one never hurts😊✨

beautiful! I am using it with the natasha denona concealer, and the same centella sunscreen under. It's such a lovely finish, but I am concerned that my skin in summer will get too oily. I live in a very humid climate and it gets the best of my combo skin for a good chunk of the year, but the new Danessa Myricks "skin water powder serum" makes me wonder if it would go well under this skin tint.

it definitely seems like it will need some extra support for hot humid days - my oiliness kicks up a notch in that climate as well. the Danessa Myricks product sounds so interesting!

I wear shade 3.5 in luminous silk which is a touch too dark for me right now (I am at my palest lol) but I can make it work. If you have Instagram, on my Instagram in the “makeup” highlights I have a slide with comparison swatches of the Lisa Eldridge skin tint T5 and some other foundations including Luminous Silk in 3.5. You can also DM Lisa on Instagram and her team is really helpful to guide you with a shade match 🥰

I haven’t tried those. I was never interested in buying them as they don’t seem to be suitable for my skin type. from looking at the ingredients list the WA product has a lot more oils in it compared to the Lisa Eldridge, and is marketed to have a dewy finish

What an wonderful and detailed review! I noticed that You don`t put so much tint on the nose or it just now shows up on the video. Does it cover the redness enough?

I have a lot of redness on my nose (I like to joke around that I’m like Rudolph the reindeer lol) so it doesn’t cover it all for me. I usually need a little bit of concealer to help neutralize it all, but obvs in this video I just wanted to show what the tint can do on its own! so if you’re dealing with a lot of redness the tint might not be able to neutralize it all and you’ll need to supplement with a little bit of concealer ❤️

Thank you for this lovely review. In my more sheer base products memory I started with laura mercier oilfree tinted moisturizer. ( I didn't finished this one completely ) than I had the Nars tinted moisturizer ( i loved that one, shade match was better than the LM, and finnished it) than I got the Hourglass skin tint in november 2023 and I loved it so much that bye the time the LE was launching my tube Hourglass was almost half way. I couldn't help myself and got the LisaEldridge before my Hourglass was jused up. And guess what I love the LE even better than the Hourglass. I gambled and got the lightest shade T1 with rosy undertones. And it is a great shade match. I am so glad that I didn't got the foundation. I prefer a light base. And for the foundation I found that shade 5 was to gray on me and nr 6 to yellow nr 7 was best on me but a hair to dark. ( with the samples from the foundation) So I end up not buying it. ( thank you for comparing it with the fenty in your review, I was eyeing that one also because I can order it from the French sephora here in Belguim and it is fragrance free as well . But now I am coverd. Maby if my ligth base products are empty I can try the Fenty.

You blessed us with this review - its solidly on my list to buy list now. I want to use up a complexion product before I get the LE skin tint so that is good motivation for me. I think for the sephora sale I will pick up the fenty skin tint as it's been on my list forever and I trust your taste. Your skin looks so good and that shade is such a good match for you! for sure wait to finish something up first, then the Lisa Eldridge tint will be even more fun to try! as for my favorite skin tints, I touch on most of them in this video - Chanel water fresh tint, fenty skin tint, ciele tint & protect and the old faithful NARS tinted moisturizer along with Chantecaille future skin and just skin tinted moisturizer have all been fantastic and loved my me throughout the years. I am also hearing really good things about the new stick version of the fenty skin tint, so could also be worth looking into 😊

I like a glowy finish but also, I have many glossy sunscreens I can apply underneath. I am hoping though that it will stay in place, not like the Chanel water fresh. That one looked a bit too foundation-y, set in my wrinkles and transferred to clothes and phone like crazy. If it’s like Mac face and body in the finish and performance, I will love it!

it definitely sets more than the Chanel water fresh touch foundation and I have not experienced much transfer either 🙂 a glowy sunscreen will definitely shine though the formula and give you a more luminous finish

I wouldn’t really call it orange on me. id describe it more as a blend of warm pink peach and brown, however if your skin has cooler undertones than me it might pull too warm for your preference

i appreciate it!! i've seen a dermatologist and they did not diagnose me with rosacea but they did recommend treatments like IPL or V Beam laser to help diminish the redness

on my skin I find that it settles in quite quickly, but I think it might depend on what skincare you’re wearing underneath. I’ve seen friends online that like a dewier skin prep say that it takes a little bit to settle and adjust on them!

I agree, it depends on your base. My primer made it a little glowy so I had to wait a few minutes for it to set and I also used a bit of powder to take down the shine from the primer.

A totally valid concern!! It’s honestly so low on the ingredients list, I wouldn’t exactly count it as an active. But of course best to avoid it if it’s an ingredient you’re sensitive to ❤️

@@firnheledien i had a similar experience with the glow recipe blurring primer, i can use it 2-3 times per week but when i used it daily i could feel my skin getting more sensitive (especially since i use tretinoin at night). i have used the lisa eldridge skin tint daily for a week now and thankfully have not experienced any sensitivity
