6 years ago! Tell me who else you've found! For me it was Damien Rice - Lisa Hannigan - John Smith - Glen Hansard! All found through their performances together. I love your outlook, abundant indeed! Ben Howard is my favourite musician of all time and will be always. Artists I've found through him: The Staves & Nathaniel Rateliff (watch the documentary 'Austin to Boston, Ben tours with a bunch of folk musicians including Ben Lovett (Mumford & Sons) and Michael Kiwanuka) - Monica Heldal - India Bourne & Mickey Smith (A Blaze of Feather, Ben plays in Mickeys band and they're about to release their 2nd album if the tiny hints are true, their first album is a gem) I can't help commenting when somebody mentions Ben! Can share some more if you haven't heard of some of the above? Look up Joanna Newsom! She's wondrous. 'Good Intentions Paving Company' is a good place to start with her.

This must be the definitive version of this song. Other versions come across as as right-wing aggression, whereas this version highlights the dreadful sacrifice on all sides in the American Civil War.
Great version of a great song by a great band, by 3 of my favourite artists. Shame it's sponsored by a corrupt tax dodging multi national coffee chain, but there you go!
