I think Lisa Kurdrow’s characters are so brilliantly created that can only be done by her. At the Friends reunion I was so happy to see she hadn’t done stuff to her face. It was hard to look at some of the other faces with the most work done. People think they look younger but they don’t. They look artificial. It’s hard to see a woman in entertainment that look naturally beautiful. Lisa is one of the few.

i was really looking forward to this video when I learned about it. Wanted to subscribe too, but then, so disappointed to see it was audio only. WHY, may I ask, PLEASE, can't there also be video? There were presumably in the same room. Why not video? Wouldn't it be so much, MUCH more engaging. Not entertaining necessarily, but ENGAGING? I think yes.

They’ve explained that they want the famous folks to continue to be open and comfortable with them and not worry about “being on” for the camera. Hope this helps 😊

@@kristinkline1452 It doesn't make any sense to not film those who became famous by being on camera so that they're comfortable and to only film experts who aren't used to being on camera, does it?

@@Cas_anova I think it has more to do with the content for both. There’s plenty of actors that enjoy their work playing characters but aren’t comfortable being on talk show interviews. The celebrity interviews do focus a lot about their personal lives and not being on camera does allow for a more vulnerable space to open up. While experts mostly just talk about their job which is comparatively easier for people to chat about - even if they’re not used to being on camera.

Little disappointed in the follow up discussion about Monica’s dream discussion. I think many of us were uncomfortable with the detail and going on and on about it. Seems like Monica was very upset with comments and seems like Dax , just went along with it and didn’t challenge Monica about listener responses. So my problem is you both are usually very real and authentic, so blame the mean listeners, not so authentic. Many of us were just listening to a great interview with Morgan Freeman. If it was just a moment, no big deal, but you both went on and on. Just hoped for acknowledgment of hey sorry guys that dream conversation was just not for everyone.
