I thought this was brilliant. I really admire her gentle hands and respect for the horse. You dont ever see her riding with the horse being over flexed round the neck and her music and style has a natural joy and radiance about it with good rhythm like theyre simply having fun. I wish them good luck for upcoming competitions.

I love the use of more modern music but I'd love to see someone use just one song altered for beat/tempo to match the entire routine like dance uses. I'm sure using a trap/electro-ey type song (With plenty of changeup/noticeable "segments" for the horse to help recognize it) would work pretty well. (Not a useful comment on her riding or anything. I thought the horse looked relatively happy with his job and they were both enjoying themselves haha)

He needs some of the music to change, and lighter reins I am sorry to say, and then the horse will be much more supple and move better, the rider rides well and the horse is fantastic, (She has to think of Classical Dressage, not Competition Dressage) and she will get much higher marks, Good luck.

music is defiantly not fitting the horse, this horse and rider needs a softer song..until they can establish a good bounce and good quality in their movements....music was far to distracting, and I had to put it on mute just to feel good about the performance! as for the performance, rider has good seat, curb isnt TOOOO tight, but its still pretty tight and theirs alot of mouth issues going on, (alot of movement of chewing like intense not good, stressed, chewing.) the movements are not to clear, ME personally id like to see more of an extension instead of just go more forward in the extended trot. the pirouettes are good! ALL I can say, is that it needs work. BUT its far better then what I can do!! (im not even at first level yet!!)

I was wondering about those hands myself. I decided she is light, has the touch however it's not always apparent as she bends the wrists inwards so looks a bit heavy mug handed but I don't think so. Least from this. I would like her to open her fingers at times, use them more often than the closed fist.

Agree with Goaticorn. Music awful, choppy, changey, hard to establish a visual rhythm, doesn't tell a story, not located in time, place, or the horse's character. ['Galant' okay? it means 'to make merry' but with two lls its brave, spirited, noble-minded, or chivalrous: and this horse is more the latter, so dance music is so not him. He's beautiful, she's amazing, surely their music and floorplan advisers can come up something better.

Absolutely gorgeous looking horse, especially the front end wow. 'n Tikje croup high. Loved the music, it's like they have to find their way in it which is as it should be, you dance to the music as it happens, it inspires the movement. Cant stand those staid literal themed routines made popular by the otherwise lovely rider Charlotte Dujardin, with the clock pirouettes et al, where there's no dancing at all, where the music is as predictable as the movements to it will be. Personally I would prefer stronger straighter more confident freer tempi changes, but primarily even behind which he is not always as a result of a balance issue of getting those hinds under....Admittedly more difficult for him being rear up. Liza has a terrific relaxed seat as such her leg is completely independent, soft and subtle and it's nice to see. She appears to be on a different planet with her horse and quite honestly that's inspiring, as long as you are together there and they definitely seem to be lol.
