Very helpful. I was doing another complicated way. I was a bit nervous as i really wanted line appears one by one since each slide had at least 6-7 points. I did not want to overwhelm people with all points shown at once. Your presentation solved my prob. Easy to understand and took me under a minute to set up all 14 slides;) Thank you!

I'm using 365 and I don't have the option to change timing as it's greyed out. I can't find away around it.

I had the same question. A few tips that might help someone else with newer/different versions. 1) Select the Animation Pane from the ribbon to get the options bar down the side. 2) I found that the Add Animation was greyed out on annimations that didn't support options such as Fade. I changed to Fly In as suggested in the video. Hopefully the rest will be similar enough to figure out.
