Something that makes me feel feminine and classy is ballroom dance, specifically argentine tango! It's sophisticated but also as sensual as you want it to be. I've been taking lessons for a few years and I recommend it. Dance has really brought me out of my shell as well and I am more comfortable dancing with people and tango especially is very social too. :)

This is a funny tip, but it worked for me yesterday....instead of wearing my gauzy scarf, (a long skinny one) wrapped and tied around my neck I wore it with one end over the front and one over the back and it made a huge difference. Just over regular clothes :)

Like all of your videos, I really enjoyed this one! One of my favorite advices that you said was being connected to nature. It works both ways for you are giving your love to those three things and yet you are receiving what nature offers, and the unconditional love from animals. In the world that we are in today with our phones and many technologies, and this is just my personal opinion, I feel that we have become disconnected from the natural world that is around us and make us lose that form of energy. I feel like actually NOT reacting would be good…So becoming still and almost silent when this happens to you. If you have to answer a question, then answer it, but do so with politeness but little emotion… Working with the public can be very challenging. Thinking of ways to “handle situations” or say “the right things” can add to the stress. I spent months having to deal with a VILE colleague. She left me alone in the end. Why? Because I wasnt reacting to her, or feeding into it 😊 x

I’ve been there and my advice is: don’t wait until everything is perfect to let yourself enjoy life. Money stress is tough, it’s always there weighing on you in the background. Loneliness too. It takes a while to get beyond and it’s vital to find a way to savor life along the way. Start small, give yourself five minutes a day to feel really free. That could be through lovingkindness meditation, putting on a song that makes you smile or want to dance or feels sensual, sitting in the park observing the birds or passersby, finding a silly video that makes you laugh and feel playful, going for a walk… anything that gets you in the moment and in your body. Soon you’ll start to feel a little more spaciousness. Feminine energy wants to stretch out, have fun, relax into life so that’s a good place to grow it from. Also, make your space beautiful in little ways. Our environments are so important to our mental/emotional state. Thrifting, watching interior design videos (Caroline Winkler is my personal fave), buying yourself the $5 grocery store flowers, lighting candles. I know candles and flowers can feel like a luxury, but you can find them for cheap and little luxuries teach us that we are worthy of a beautiful and easeful life ❤ Wishing you so much joy in your feminine pursuits xo
