Java island's Indomie is the best. Indomie in other countries mostly a different "version" of indomie, with less seasoning and no chili sauce Edit: easiest way to know if u have the best "version" of indomie goreng: If u got chili powder instead of chili sauce, it's not the "real" Indomie goreng. The real one ALWAYS got a chili SAUCE. I think they only produced it for java and bali I have tasted several versions of indomie. At least java's, sumatra's, malaysia's, thailand's, and the US'. This noodle brand is my country's fave and this variant (fried) is my fave by far. You should also try the kari ayam(chicken curry) of the same brand. It tastes sooooo goooodddd😆😆😆. BTW, there are so many varieties of noodle from this brand, you should give it a try

Hi Lisa! I just see this and i want to inform you, but idk whether you've done before or no. So, PLEASEEE try chopping garlic, shallot, chilli, and onion in a thinly sized, put it on the plate. Then cook an oil till boiled. Put the oil to the plate with ingredientd and put indomie's ingredient too. Then mix it together, lastly put the noodle. I promise you will NEVER regret 🥰

Boil the egg first, then put the noodle so the noodle will absorb some of the egg. Tada! You now have a slight creamy indomie goreng. Also put some Jalapeno in it (preferably crushed), because the chili sauce isn't hot and add some sweet soy sauce if it's not sweet enough. Also put some lime juice in it to enhance it's umami flavour (MSG is salty so put some sour into it to make your tongue salivate more)

If you wanna buy these for cheap just 0'19 usd and in my country this so easy to get this things. You can buy everywhere and you must buy a few boxes maybe 10 boxes or more before you come back to your country because its very cheap and about taste don't doubt about it. Indonesia is great country in food if you go to Indonesia i advice you to try " Sate Madura " this so delicious like Indomie.
