Just starting coloring to relax since the library is out of commish (COVID-19) and stumbled upon your video's and I am hooked! I admit #2 video was amazing because Ibam not into geometric shapes and patterns but your work is fantastic! Soothing to listen to you, color flowers, and take notes to your favorite books! Those blank pages in some of the geometric patterns are probably in case you wanted to use alcohol markers or some other material. Kind of like having a piece of blank paper between the two pages just to avoid getting color where it’s not wanted. Just a guess!

I've just landed in the middle of the book tour series and would like to watch the colour by number books part(s). Could someone please tell me whether these were shown in the previous or subsequent episodes?

Hmmm I did this so long ago that I’m not sure. I plan on doing an updated series early next year as my collection has changed so much and I have a ton more color by number books which are my favorite.

On Amazon, some people left horrible reviews for the Geopattern book. But their reviews were so silly - like "oh the patterns are too difficult to color" - that's on you, honey! Or complaining that he had a title in the pattern which I don't think looks bad. Also complaining about the paper, you would think most people are used to this paper by now. And worst of all, accusing him of "Stealing" patterns from another book. That person failed to realize the patterns in the other book were actually by John Wik too - so I guess he stole from himself? The poor author actually commented back. I think his feelings were kinda hurt. That is a great example of why you can't just trust the star reviews on Amazon, you actually have to read the reviews because some might be misinformed like these people.

Stacey Shorey oh ok. I thought maybe it was that one. It’s from a husband and wife team (Jennifer and Steve Stay and their website is coloringbliss.com. There is a section called Book Shop. If you scroll down, there’s a place where it says how to build your own book. And you can even pick which kind of paper you want and which order you want the pictures in your book. It’s pretty neat.

Lisa, I’ve already received some of the books and started on them already: goodness me, they are addictive and soothing at the same time! I have 2 Dover ones, which means I can’t colour with water based markers without bleeding on the other side but I am thinking of copying all the pages, printing them on a decent paper and try watercolour on them. I’m a beginner at watercolour and it would be a great way of controlling the brush, all those different lines and spaces. Thank you very much for the inspiration.

What percentage of your books would you say you purchase used? Any problems? I have a couple of used books in my shopping cart.

Mindy Parke I don’t purchase many used but I didn’t really have a problem with the majority that I bought used. Especially if they say they’re in very good or excellent/like new condition. Just a couple were a little disappointing.

I have not had the same good luck with Scratch and debt from book outlet. I had a book with about 5 ripped pages. They basically said "that's scratch and dent", even though their policy said pages will be ok etc.. It was my first order and my last.

I did complain via email. I sent pictures etc. They said it was within the realm of scratch and dent. I told them I didn't think it was since I had had read their policies before hand. I thought they were very unprofessional.
