I adore the gentle pace of these videos, they both soothe and stimulate me with the feeling of traveling with my mind. thank you for that! I I also relate to your desire to experience the world through food and therefore going through dietary changes and developments, so I was wondering if you ever see yourself eating meat again. I know I sometimes question this for myself since I am so curious to all types of food but these moral grounds I once established regarding meat are so ingrained in my behavior that I often find my thoughts contradicting themselves. It’s hard to do Lisbon in one day but I think that exploring the Alfama neighborhood, going up to the Castle gives you a nice quick view and taste of the city 😊
