Thanks for the video. LPPT used to have 2 runways. Now only one is active, the other became the Taxiway T. And its you, always been only one Runway for LPPT on TowerSimulator3

I usually play using live weather. When I do a runway change, if there are remaining arrivals on a closing runway simply have them "Enter final runway [New Runway #]", then "Contact departure." Then they won't overfly the field or become a nuisance for departures. They'll be immediately vectored towards the new runway arrival procedure.

Can you set the winds in the game? Maybe do a session with a crosswind and see if it affects the planes at all.
