Getting out as long as you can enter the euro area it’s not a problem. Getting back in takes 1-1 and a half hours

Go to “Parque das Nações” same place I went to. You will also find Vasco da Gama mall which you can also buy things tax free if you want to shop around. It’ll be 23% off which it will be refunded at the airport but you have to ask at the store for the app or the paper so you can take it back to the airport to get your refund. Otherwise just enjoy the Expo World fair park of 1998 aka Parque das Nações
