Riot should buff her by giving her more ap scalling on W (increasing it to 45% or 50% of her ap), faster E , low her early mana cost on Q 65/70/75/80/85 and not 85 at all rankeds... and maybe more damage on her ultimate if she use it on a single target and the damage it already does when on self.

tom sandström Well actually, I do know about Hans Christian Anderson's story. I knew the story when I was a kid. Piece of trivia for you, the housekeepers in Frozen are named Gerda and Kai, after the siblings in the snow queen. The reason I was bringing up parallels between Elsa and Liss was because of the similarity in animation (particularly the ice animation), which really has nothing to do with Anderson's story.

The passive is horrible. Riot must do something about it. Besides that, it's a perfect champion in team fights. Once you teleport to the heart of a fight with no one expecting, the wonders of Liss's ult can make whole teams disappear!

Again, I'm not the best artist in the world, but I tried to keep the essentials of Lissandra while giving her enough of Elsa to recognize the reference. I was also thinking of calling her "Frost Queen" Lissandra since A) there is already a Frost Queen skin for Janna, which could turn into a skin bundle and B) Elsa is a queen, so it seemed more fitting.

I understand that, what I was saying in my comment was that it's not a problem with the champions. Summoner spells are a situational/personal choice. There are times that I don't run flash or ghost, but only if I am up against a team that I think I can get away from easily and I am feeling really lucky. The issue isn't with Riot making a new champ that doesn't need flash or ghost to get away. The issue is that there is rarely a situation where having more mobility isn't the best choice.

I wanna see a champion with an ultimate that basically uses an enemies next move against them. For example, if Sona is targeted & she tries to heal it instead damages her & the nearby target it was meant to heal. If she tries to give speed boost to her allies it instead slows them down. If she tries to increase armor & magic resist it reduces it instead for a few brief seconds. Things like that would really give this game a nice refreshing feeling.

With her CC skills, it's interesting to note, that Lissandra (Like Zyra) can be used as both AP carry, and also Support. And with "Glacial Path" , she can pick 2 skills as support, because she already has a flash-like skill.

She's a little short on the damage in relation to other APs as well as having unadvertised cool downs that are huge until later in the game. Doesn't need a nerf, possibly a slight buff in terms of cool downs early on but apart from that good and fun champ. Also where is the recommended item build?

She's in a decent spot at the moment, but with the upcoming mage update I fear that she will struggle against the plethora of newly-buffed mages. Perhaps they should increase Ring of Frost's root duration per level and add the "grounded" mechanic, which disables movement abilities similar to Poppy's W and Cassiopeia's W.

I don know about you guys but because Lissandra fit my play style, the moment I started playing her, it was easy. I find the keys easy to remember and time but even then, some mistakes can cost you your life so for all you guys who don't know weather to get her and play her, just be sure that when you use any ability with any character that your being careful and precise with your moves so that you get the most out of it. If you do, then maybe think about getting her...
