Even though this season of Twin Peaks has received mixed reviews (and I'll admit it isn't at all what I expected) I am going to miss it when it is over. The pure unexpectedness of it all is very appealing for some reason. And I love the funny moments, nostalgic moments, and pure crazy moments that each episode brings. Also I really liked The Roadhouse performance in this one, not sure it beats James' though.

David Lynch lesson number 1: NEVER have any expectations with his work haha. I think the reason a lot of people aren't enjoying the new season is precisely because they had expectations for what they thought it was supposed to be.

Episode 14 was the BEST episode in season 3 thus far! We're approaching the story summit, and the meeting of FBI/Gordon Cole with 'Dougie' is imminent! I'm so excited xD The BEST possible ending for the episode was THIS WONDERFUL, GREAT SONG!!!! :) Instant liking! My compliments, awesome voice!

Episode 8 is pivotal to the entire season. I don't think anyone (who actually knows anything about storytelling, art or David Lynch) would deny that. I do think though there is something that "picked up" in the last few episodes, like 12-15 where it's become less disgustingly negative and has more touching moments relevant to lifelong fans in regards to key characters.

I think it's so amazing that David Lynch also likes Lissie! I got into her music several years ago and was so happy to see her on a recent episode. I also liked the Chromatics ending. I wonder if Lana Del Rey will be in one of the last episodes or if she's too contractually bound because of her current fame. LDR would be ideal.
