LISSMAC SBM L G1S2 1500 Top & Bottom - Deburr and Edge Rounding Machine

Lissmac's SBM L G1S2 1500 is a great machine to replace manual deburring and edge rounding. The grinding belt on top and bottom in the first head will remove the vertical burr left by a Fiber and CO2 Laser as well as punched and waterjet.
The benefits of edge rounding are not reserved just for safety and reduction of lacerations. Companies can also see the advantages of edge rounding in powder coated parts. When the edges and inside cut outs are rounded on the top and bottom of a part, paint has more surface area to adhere. If the edges are not rounded and the part has sharp edges, the paint layer will be so thin that premature rust will begin.
