Thank you Zhang Wenjun - I don't know if intentional or not but your sample spreadsheet is not blank. For others- if you want to just see the folders after you've run the script . . . you can use the Filter function (under Data menu item) and then select the upside down triangle at the top of column E. Use condition to show "if not empty. Now you will see what looks like a martini class (meant to be a funnel or filter) showing this is the active filter. If you want to see you files again simply change the condition in the filter or turn off the filter.

A brief idea is that you could modify the code a bit to exclude the file/folder IDs that have been listed and continue the rest after timeout happened. that's what I did in my own code. But be aware that for business user you have 30min to run the script / time and unlimited times a day. for personal user you only have 6min per time and up to 1 hour a day. So nothing much you can do if you are with personal account...
