Sir bhut se log bolte hai pharma production me salary ka growth nhi hai but sir after 4,5 year 40k to salary hoti hai na suru me to freshers hai dikat nhi hai ab puri life 20,22k pe to niklegi nhi after 4,5 yr 40,45 to honi chaiye salary itne mehnat se b pharm karte hai log
