Hello, I need some assistance. Where can I purchase the scanner tips for Helios 500 and how many autoclave cycles can they last ? I can’t find them for purchase anywhere online, please let me know and one last thing is the Helios app completely free ? Or paid subscription is necessary.

@@adriancho1742 customer service is really slow and its difficult to find support to buy the accessories, i can’t find scanner tips anywhere online so I am forced to go through local distributors whom charge insane mark ups. I went with the medit i600, support isn’t an issue and accessories are available online to purchase from different websites.
