May Allah reward you. The Asharis/Maturidis taweel are also refuted by Imam Tirmidhi. At-Tirmidhī stated, “…. the Jahmiyyah oppose these narrations and say, ‘This is resemblance (tashbeeh)!’ However, Allah the Most High, has mentioned in various places in His Book, His Attribute of Hand, Hearing, and Seeing but the Jahmiyyah make false interpretations of these verses, explaining them in a way other than how they are explained by the People of Knowledge. They say, ‘Allah did not create Adam with His own Hand.’ They say that Hand means power”. (See As-Sunan of At-Tirmidhī no. 662)

It is different in direct translation. Unless you translate it Quran to Arabic - using ilmu alat like Nahu /Sarf/Mantiq, it's meaning is extended only for The Source Form. You may not be able to express it in language if any type, but you will be experiencing bewilderement.

i wanted to begin learn Maturudi aqeedah, but then i spoke with one guy who blamed Imam Maturudi was misguided. I was literally shocked cuz in our country, most people follow Hanafi mazhab in Fiqh and Imam Maturudi in aqeedah. That was really tough thing to accept, the words which were said, that most followers of our aqeedah are misguided and even Imam Maturudi was misguided as well. So my question here is, in this video tbh i didn't get any evidence, any daleel that Imam Ash'ari and Imam Maturudi rejected Hadeeth. So, if anyone can pls explain it with daleel from their books or the books which explained their writings where they rejected Hadeeth or Qur'an. I am not stating myself as a Maturudi yet, but wanted to see real explanation why salafis believe that he was misguided. Will be patiently waiting for the response from anyone if possible. All authoritative scholars of the Hanafi madhhab are Maturidi: Imam Samarkandi, Imam Sarahsi, Abul Muin Nasafi, Imam Bazdawi, Abu Hafs Nasafi, Imam Kasani, Imam Margilani, Sirajuddin Ushi, Imam Sabuni, Imam Aini, Abul Barakot Nasafi, Kamal ibn Humam, Imam Taftazani, Mulla Ali Qari, Imam ibn Abidin, Imam Kawsari... It is impossible to imagine the Hanafi Madhhab without these people, then you will have to completely exclude our Fiqh Madhhab! Imam ibn Abidin, for example, he is “the last word of the Hanafi madhhab,” Hanafis's imam, and he is a Maturidi!
