Love your podcast! Definitely with Seth. Not hiking the Grand Canyon. Up is MANDATORY! I have a funny sibling story. Years ago, I have hiked with wife down to Crater Lake (OR) & kids. Beautiful! Told brother when he visited to do same. Bad! On way down the 1,000 ft trail to lake's edge, his wife fell. Broke her fragile bone.... 😢. So, my brother, SPRINTS back up for cell service to call 911 and needed transport too for chest pains. I'll never live that recommendation down! To add insult to injury, rv'ing back to FL Keys (home), he saw a wheel chair at a yard sale & bought it for his lovely wife. Only problem, it didn't have a FOOT REST! 😮

I was married to a twin. They did everything together. School, navy, work, lived together. So they had same friends. It is special. They also argued at times vehemently because they were so close and did everything together.

I got to this episode late but I'm catching up. The Grand Canyon: I understand. My first and only time spent there was in the height of summer in 1982. I was 16. With the parents, two brothers, and a friend. We started from Dallas, TX and started with Colorado (staying in Estes Park for a few days). That was the first mistake - taking us from 100+ temps to high 80s in the Rockies, and SNOW in the national park? c'mon. The trip continued through Utah & Zion Park, Las Vegas, and a tour at Hoover Dam. So great fun for teenagers, though we did spot a working girl when we went to church while in Vegas so that was a revelation. Anyway, by the time we made it to the GC I was done with all canyons, especially a giant one in the middle of the day in the summer. That said, look up Havasu Falls. Maybe Seth could go there and camp nearby(?) while the rest of the fam sees the northern part of the GC. It looks nice and I'm told it's beautiful if you're willing to make the hike.

😂Thank you! Favorite podast. Josh, your songs are much better and funnier than anyone could expect. "Crushed" in particular was brilliant and a true Tour de Meyers. Question: Does Speakpipe ever sing show tunes? (Aside: What type of music do windmills like? They're all huge metal fans. ) Brian Boston, MA, USA

Hi, when will only children get their chance? We have family trip stories, too. Some pretty sad, lonely ones, sure, but we have them....

I completely sympathize with the teddy bear story. I still have my teddy bear from when i was born, and i have stated i want him cremated with me.

Seth, you've managed to keep the fact that your wife is a Jackal VERY quiet until now 😆

He did the best ever. Still am waiting for Mr mango himself San Francisco return and he is kicking off in Texas his PR said

You can't watch the LOTR films just randomly. You should read the books they are much, much, much better than the films. I saw the first two films and hated them. Terrible screenplay and directing. I'll never see the final turd. But the books are really good. So good that a good director and scripts could be made 6 films or more.

The producer's long tale about getting upgraded to first class was a waste of time. If any listener had called in with that story it never would have made it on the air.
