Part 2 is unfair. I'm not even European, how I am supposed to know what Bristol is. Also this is in British, I studied American English so I had some words spelled different

part 3 is totally wrong,the answers are for another listening perhaps the speakers talks about kids in problematic situations while the answers are about jobs

not really, the speakers in fact do mention briefly things related to their jobs, for example, if you listen carefully, you may hear speaker 1 saying "It was a usually slow Saturday morning just after the new year SALES are..." so that means speaker 1 is a shop assistant
