Thank u for this video! I just started working in a call center and I have to populate information with telephone numbers, addresses, emails and names I never heard before. I struggled a lot with that the first 2 days, now I think I’m getting better because I got everything u spelled out the first time and I’d say over the phone ppl say this information so fast, it’s like they put this video x1.25 speed lol

Thanks for this video. I am a native speaker but using it to practice steno dictation. A friendly note that you have mispronounced the K in Keynes twice in the dictation, saying "Key" instead of "Kay". It's an understandable error but possibly confusing to your listeners.
